I secured Jose’s [realtor] services about 5 years ago, when I purchased my home. I was a first-time home buyer, and back in those days he was a one-man shop. I’m sure a lot of potential buyers wouldn’t want to go that route, but in my case almost all of Jose’s attention was on me, so my transaction went as smoothly as it could. I knew that with Jose’s experience, my offer would be submitted with all the right verbiage and contingencies that would protect me. Jose was thorough when following up on important milestones throughout the process. He selected a good title company, and overall the transaction was very smooth.
