I feel that Jose’s direct communication style, transparency, pro-activeness and organization skills made all the difference and I highly recommend him to anyone who has real estate needs. Specifically, he managed the process behind the scenes and was diligent with ensuring we closed escrow in a timely manner, he also managed stressful situations on his side so as not to negatively impact me, or cause undue stress. This is key because the week that I closed escrow was the same week that the banks failed during the housing crisis (October 2008). Jose is so phenomenally diligent that he was able to push forward through escrow DESPITE the fact that the entire financial market was crumbling. My escrow closed on time and without any incident.
